These Terms of Use apply to the 108 Finance Connector, an internal business application operated by 108 Foods Services SA.

The 108 Finance Connector is provided solely for authorized internal use by 108 Foods Services SA, its affiliated companies, and approved personnel.

The Connector may be used to access and analyze authorized QuickBooks Online accounting information for legitimate business purposes, including financial reporting, cash-flow analysis, reconciliation, forecasting, and related internal finance activities.

Users may only connect or access QuickBooks company accounts for which they have appropriate authorization.

The Connector may not be sold, sublicensed, distributed, or made available to unauthorized third parties without the prior written approval of 108 Foods Services SA.

Users must not attempt to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, circumvent security controls, or gain unauthorized access to the Connector or connected systems.

The Connector is provided as an internal operational tool. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability and accuracy, financial information obtained through the Connector should be reviewed appropriately before being relied upon for material accounting, tax, legal, or financial decisions.

108 Foods Services SA may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Connector at any time.

Use of the Connector must comply with applicable laws, internal company policies, and the terms governing connected third-party services, including QuickBooks Online.
